I hereby declare that I have taken note of the rules that have been set for participation in the Wilbertoord Pakt Uut event organized by tractor club de Peeltuffers, and I declare that I will never hold the Peeltuffers tractor club liable for all those I report.

1. I hereby declare that I am fully informed about the rules that apply at the Wilbertoord Pakt Uut event.

2. I am aware that taking part in the event involves risks! Damage to your own motor vehicle, property, other motor vehicles and bystanders is possible. I realize that at an event with various activities and motor vehicles I can be injured or inflicted on bystanders despite all the safety measures taken by the De Peeltuffers tractor club.

3. With regard to the De Peeltuffers tractor club (hereinafter referred to as the UNSAVED PARTY), I will refrain from claiming damages in any form whatsoever, for claims that may arise in connection with participation in a demonstration, tour or event itself.

4. Waiving claims for damages applies in particular to injuries of any kind, even if they result in my death. This with the note that as a consequence of this release my heirs cannot claim any claims against the INDEMNIFIED PARTY.

5. I further declare that no claim for damages will be filed against the INDEMNIFIED PARTY neither by myself nor by my family, heirs or guardian.

6. I am aware that the drivers must be 18 years or older, or 16 years old and in possession of a valid tractor driver's license.

7. I declare that I am WA insured.

8. I know that oil leakage is always the responsibility of the participant; mats and material is available for this. In addition, I am aware that participation in demonstrations, team terrain, parade only happens according to rules of the organization, e.g. indicated driving direction.

9. The organization cannot be held liable for theft or damage, accidents and / or costs caused by persons or resulting from a violation of the law.
